Open Doors

It's really true what they say about God opening doors. He will if you just wait for him. When my son was little and we would get home from an errand or church, he would jump out of the car as soon as I parked it. He would run up the steps and to the front door, turning the handle to open it. Mind you, he knew the whole time that I had the key and would open it for him when I got there, yet he always went ahead of me and tried it himself.

That's just like us in life. We run ahead of God to the waiting doors, turn the handle and try to get in before God even gets there. I've done it in the past but I've learned to wait on Him. He is always there watching me, and He will be there when He's ready. Instead of being impatient and trying to make thing happen, I've learned to wait until the time is right and then they all fall into place, according to how God wants it to happen for me.

I'm thankful that He holds the key and unlocks the door when He is ready for me to go in. If I had the ability to open it, it's hard to tell how badly I would mess up or even choose the wrong door.

It's crazy when I look around and see all of the wonderful things happening in my life. How He's brought this one in and taken this one out. How He's set up divine appointments and brought the right people into my life, while taking toxic, negative, life draining people out.

Wait on Him to open the right doors for you, no matter what you're wanting in life. He will do it, IF you trust Him. Believe Him for what you want.

This has been an extraordinary day!! I love my life and all that is happening.Tomorrow I will spend the day gearing up for the book launch on Saturday. Please come if you can!! I love you all!!
