I am currently taking resumes for a Personal Assistant for Dream Big Productions/Christy Adams

Start date: August 1st, 2017

Pay Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)

Applicant must possess the following attributes:

Efficient

Discretion (Must sign confidentiality agreement)

Be Flexible

Organized

A Great Communicator

Internet Savvy

Must Be Trustworthy

Dependable

This position is between 10-15 hours per week, work at home 75% of the time. There will be times that you will have to work one on one with me, going to meetings, or coming to California to help me when needed. All expenses for travel will be paid by me and applicant MUST be available to travel the next day when called upon and expected to fly. Benefit package will be discussed during interview.

Duties:

Reading, and responding to business emails only

Answering Calls

Scheduling Meetings

Calendar Management

Help Plan Events

Attending Meetings (if needed)

As my business grows, so will the hours. This will eventually lead to full time with others oppotunites available within the company depending on the individuals work ethic and job performance.

Anyone can apply, but I will be looking for someone I feel can do the BEST job for me. This is my new produciton business, so I need someone on whom I can rely.
