Another Adventure!!

Today I had anoher fun adventure. I took a ride on the Hatfield-McCoy Airboat Tours. I was kinda scared at first, because I really didn't know what to expect. I thought maybe Keith would hotdog it down the river and I'd fly off. LOL. For real, all kinds of stuff was going through my mind. I'm the type of person that has to ease into something and get used to it and then I can relax and have fun. I've always been that way, in everything!! LOL.It may take me a while, but once I'm comfortable, I usually enjoy whatever I do.

So, he went slow and then after I put on a life jacket, I felt safer and he sped up. It's a relaxing ride, with the most beautiful scenery. I took some video but it's too loud to put on here. The river looks like glass/ice and reflects all of the mountains and trees. It's an amazing experience. So if any of you are from out of town and are planning a visit to Matewan to ride the trails or just visit family, I highly recommend taking the airboat tour. You will love it!!! Look up Keith Gibson and he will take you. You can ask anyone in town for him, and they will know where to find him.

A hat and sunglasses are also recommended because my hair is now a mess and my contacts are dried out. LOL.

Now I'm home, so it's back to the grindstone. :)
