Finding My Center

Do you ever have a day where nothing really goes wrong, but you still feel out of sorts?

Well, today is one of those days for me.

I've actually had a great day so far, so I've no idea why I feel this way. Maybe it's the heat or this headache, who knows. Or maybe this menopause crap. LOL For real, this stuff is tough. I want to crawl into the freezer at least twice a day. Ugghh!!

Anyway, I had a great lunch with Mr. Ron Gregory, journalist with The Herald Dispatch. Thank you Ron for coming from Charleston to meet with me and thank you for lunch, it's much appreciated. Ron is doing a story on me and my books, my career, my business and how I've come from hard times to all the good that's now happening. He's also doing a story on my friend, director Jon Matthews as well. So our meeting was very productive. I'll let you guys know when those stories run.

I guess I'd better get to work now. I'm hot and aggravated, so we'll see where this ends up. I figure I'd better become accustomed to the heat, Los Angeles is HOT with very little rain.

But first I'm going to put on my classical go to music, close my eyes, and find my center, my place of calm.
